Cyanotypes are produced from a camera less photographic printing process developed in 1842 by Sir John Herschel, creating a recognisable blue print. This journal has a toning green bookcloth and decorative metal brads on the front cover. The end papers are handmade Indian paper. This journal is designed to lay flat when opened making it ideal for journalling, drawing or artwork, the stitching on the cover allows the cover to turn 180 degrees so it goes back on itself making a unique feature and if sketching or journalling outside makes for a sturdy surface to work on. Filled with 60 pages/120 sides of off white Fabriano cartridge paper. Approximately 15.5cm x 15.5 cm.
